He was predeceased by: his father Frank Ellis, Sr.; his brother Gary Edwards Ellis; and his grandson Gage Michael Meeks. He is survived by: his wife Susan Ellis; his mother Doris Ellis; his children, Stephanie Ellis Barmore (Scotty), Louis Ellis (Toni) and Ashley Ellis; his sisters, Rose (Tim Goebel), Tammy (Gary Bankson) and Teresa (Roger Richard); his grandchildren, AbbyGayle Frasier (Cole), Addysan Austin, Avery Austin, Arley Barmore, Sawyer Meeks, Ashyr Meeks, Gavyn Ellis, Hayven Ellis, Jayce Mills (Mick), Bentley King, Jack King and Kenleigh King; and his great grandchildren, Colstyn Frasier, Frankie Frasier and Kohen Mills. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of extended family.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Apostolic Restoration Church (108 W T Hemphill Dr, West Monroe, LA 71292). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
