He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Soloman Benjamin Epler, Harriet Victoria Epler, Samuel Edward Henderson and Louise E. Laysone Henderson Bratton; his parents, George Stanley Epler, Sr. and Norma Henderson Epler; the mother of his child Charlotte Wheelis; and his brothers-in-law, Robert Wilkerson, Sr. and George M. Martinez.
He is survived by: the mother of his child Mary Ann Wilson; his children, Lisa Ann Barton (Martin) of Oklahoma and Eric Wheelis (Buffy) of Missouri; his siblings, Vicky Epler Wilkersn of Eros and Mel Martinez of West Monroe; his grandson Trevor Perry (Annelease); his siblings, Chance Perry-McNeil (Chance), Cherokee Wheelis, Trenton and Cheyanne; his nieces and nephews, Felicia, Gene, Toni, Kris, Robert Jr., Angela, Jon, Mike Nicholas and Melissa; his great grandchildren, Troian and Dragon Wheelis; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Dakota, Raven, Mackenzie, C. J., Austin, Hunter, Robert III and Benjamin.
