He was predeceased by: his parents, James Arthur Kilpatrick and Ora Auneen Kelly Kilpatrick of Calhoun; and his sister Mary Alice Kilpatrick Jackson of Monroe. He is survived by: his wife Sara Ruth Saterfiel Kilpatrick; his daughter Renee; his son-in-law Danny Redding; his grandchildren, Ryan (Jessica Redding), Sara Beth (Greg Ochoa) and Emily (T. J. Murphy); his great grandchildren, Ava Redding, Willow Murphy and Owen Ochoa; his close friends, Junior Underwood, Bubba Schlessman and Jerry Redding; and his brother-in-law Les Jackson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins; along with other cherished family and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 4th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe (8729 Cypress St, West Monroe, LA 71291). A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Kilpatrick Funeral Home (1321 N 7th St, West Monroe, LA 71291).
