He was predeceased by: his parents, Louie Gandy and Dorothy Geneva Stephenson; his brother Louie Albert Gandy; his parents-in-law, Beth Beavers (Ollie) and Jim Howlett (Wanda); his brothers-in-law, Steve Howlett and Ricky Howlett; and his stepbrother John Whittington.
He is survived by: his wife Jeri Gandy; his daughter Samantha Barbaree (Jasper); his stepsons, Derrick Jones (Tiffany) and Brad Jones (Brittany); his siblings, Tony Gandy, Tracy Gandy (Kristi), Charlotte Cantkier (Michael), Jessie Whittington (Deanna) and Scott Whittington (Sheila); and his brother-in-law Tracy Howlett. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
