He is survived by: his wife Rita Robinson Spillers; his children, Ryan Spillers (Linda) and Erin Rogers (Jason); his grandchildren, Noah Spillers (Kassady), Luke Spillers (Gretchen), Mallory Franklin (Kerry), Daniel Rogers and Sarah Rogers; his great grandchild Parker Franklin; his brother Thomas Delton Spillers; and his friends, Heather Yossett and Beverly Hubanks. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and other cherished family and friends.
