He was predeceased by: his father Harles M. Goins; his sister Andrea Michelle McMillian; and his grandmother Helen Beth Potts. He is survived by: his mother Carrol Goins (Potts); and his brother Phillip Andrew Goins. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers his family asks that donations be made to help with funeral expenses at Southern-Edmonds Funeral Home.
