She is survived by: her husband Ronald Gene Ethington; her children, Pam Goodroad, Carmey Ethington, Melody Olson, Cindy Hightower (Thomas) and Jamie Ethington (Lisa); her grandchildren, Danielle Rushing, Brandy Lenard (Marcus), Nicholas Olson (Maesi), Justin Ethington (Stevie) and Laura Redel (Brian); her great grandchildren, Cheyanne, Emma, Avery, Emah Rose, Jakoda (Kristina) and Megan (Colton); her great great grandchildren, Payslie, Reese, Ellie and Matthew; her sister Cathie Edwards (Randy); her siblings-in-law, Jimmy Bailey, Donnie Johnson (Wanda), Gail Forman and Judy Osbon (Ray); and her close friends, Lawana, Jo and Judy.
