He was predeceased by: his parents, Dick Olsen and Ginny Olsen; and his grandparents, Wilfred, Alma Olsen, William and Lucille Jeffirs.
He is survived by: his siblings, Rick Olsen (Dianne), Jason Foust (Bailey) and Vicki Holder (Tommy); and his nieces and nephews, Alicia Harrison (Morgan), Leigh Ann Spanhook (Mike), Kate Swanner (Jay), Beth Olsen, Ryan Holder (Kirby) and Ricky Olsen (Melissa). He is also survived by many great nieces, great nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Zebedee Baptist Church (774 Burke Rd, Rayville, LA 71269).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Care Solutions, The Special Olympics, The National Down Syndrome Society, and Gigi's Playhouse.
