With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jimmy Earl Eldridge of West Monroe, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 20, 2026 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Martha Zeagler Eldridge; and his parents, Marvin Eldridge and Beatrice Prestridge. He is survived by: his children, John Eldridge (Deborah) and Peggy Milliken (Mike); and his sister Kathryn. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Jimmy's memory to Mt Vernon Baptist Church.
