He was predeceased by: his father Michael McDonald Sellar; and his grandparents, Johnny Mitchell, Audrey McCulloch and Sandy Sellar. He is survived by: his mother Johnette Mitchell Mintz (Steve); his brother Jarrod Sellar (Meghan); his niece Caroline Sellar; his grandmother Mary Sue Mitchell; his uncle Jay Mitchell (Staci); his aunt Caroline Lewis (John); and his cousins, Mary Allison Mitchell Hopper (Sam), Elaina Mitchell Fischer (Ryan), Jasmine Lewis and Jodie Lewis. He is also survived by many other cousins, relatives, and cherished friends.
