He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce Macaluso and Angela Molinario; and his grandson Landry King. He is survived by: his wife Melissa; his siblings, Todd and Erin Macaluso; and his grandchildren, Olivia, Remi and Kohen. He is also survived by his girls; his grandbabies.
