He is survived by: his wife Kathy Tatum Stewart; his children, Annie Norris (Mark) of West Monroe, Glen Stewart of Lafayette and Will Tatum of Houston, Texas; his brother Jimmie Stewart (Mary) of Allen, Texas; and his grandchildren, Erin, Nash, Tatum, Molly, Adam Norris of West Monroe and Seth Stewart of Lafayette.
