He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Woodrow and Cathleen Strickland Duncan; his siblings, Herschel Duncan and Irma D. Holland; his nephew Tommy Duncan; and his nieces, Karen Duncan Parker and Joy Brasher Haley.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Duncan; his sons, Greg Duncan (Stephanie) and Woody Duncan (Sara); his grandchildren, Bradley Duncan, Kelli Duncan Ellis (J. R.), Sydney Duncan (Daniel Gordy) and Seth Duncan; his sister Ann Duncan Brasher; his brothers-in-law, Jim Chapman (Monika), Mike Chapman (Linda), Truman Chapman (Teresa) and Raymond Chapman; and his uncle Carroll Strickland.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kilpatrick Funeral Homes - West Monroe (1321 N 7th St, West Monroe, LA 71291). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at the Hasley Cemetery (1500 Arkansas Rd, West Monroe, LA 71291).
