She was predeceased by: her husband Herbert Loftin; and her children, Herbert Loftin III and Rhonda Smith. She is survived by: her son Steven Loftin (Ashlee); her grandchildren, Hailey Jenkins, Eva Loftin, Sophia Zuniga and Austin Franklin; her great grandchild Nova Rae Franklin; and her siblings, Becky Clarkson and Joseph Franklin.
