He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Smith Baker and Phillip Bearden. He is survived by: his wife Verna Bearden; his sons, Randy Duffy (Jill), Dustin Duffy (Amanda) and Corey Bearden; and his siblings, Jimmy Bearden and Stacy Jones. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews; along with other extended family.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe (1321 N 7th St, West Monroe, LA 71291). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
