He is survived by: his wife Tina Smith Alexander; his children, RaeLynn Worsham (Willard, Jr.) and Brian O'Niel Alexander (Denny); his sisters, Mackie Lynn Avant and Nancy Lenard (Mike); his grandchildren, Seth O'Neal Alexander, Hannah Renae'Worsham, Kaitlyn Paige Worsham, Larkin Alexander, Gabe Alexander (Lexi) and Sara Meazell; his great grandchildren, Olivia Meazell, Beau Meazell, Audrey Tull, Blake Alexander, Mason Alexander, Alexander and Libby Alexander; and his niece Jennifer Avant Bryant.
