He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl Maxwell Loftin Collins and Thomas Riley Loftin. He is survived by: his wife Becky Anding Loftin; his children, Richard Loftin, Jr. (Alisha), Kelly Loftin of Austin, TX, Kathryn Spencer (Brandon) and Lindsay Sanderlin (Kyle); his nephews, Jacob and A. J. Staggs; and his cousins, Terry, Phyllis and Maybeth.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mulhearn Funeral Home - West Monroe (300 McMillan Rd, West Monroe, LA 71291). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Kilpatricks Serenity Gardens Cemetery (8729 Cypress St, West Monroe, LA 71291).
