Robert Daniel Compton Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert Daniel Compton of West Monroe, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 29, 2025 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mose Pearson and Florence Jean Compton; and his siblings, Jerry Ray Compton and Betty Compton Aston. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Albritton Compton; his sons, Robby Compton (Leslie) and Brent Compton (Lissy); his grandchildren, Makenzie Rae Cranford (Luke), Katie Elizabeth Compton, Pearson Jeep Compton, Phoebe Jane Compton and Leighton June Compton; and his great grandchild Maria Joy Cranford. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mulhearn Funeral Home - West Monroe (300 McMillan Rd, West Monroe, LA 71291). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Kilpatricks Serenity Gardens Cemetery (8729 Cypress St, West Monroe, LA 71291).
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, TN.
