He is survived by : his children, LeAnna Hicks (Kenneth), Hunter Lewis (Kaitlin) and Payson Lewis; his sisters, Cheri Nash and Melani Holdiness (Kenneth); his uncles, Ivan Lewis (Judy) and Wally Lewis (Linda); his stepbrothers, Chris Roberts and Roberts (Angeline); and his grandchildren, Cash, Ruby Kayte, Wesley, Ella and Emma Para.
