Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Robert leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Manley; his parents, Harry Manley and Mary Manley; his brothers, Richard L. Manley and James "Jimmy" Manley; and his son-in-law John Byrd.
He is survived by: his daughter Tamara Lockwood (Jerry); his grandson Carey Stringer; and his siblings, Juanita Walker, Mary Ann Cole and John Manley. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and other extended family.
