He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Stout and Dorothy Stout; and his siblings, Richard, Ronald, Raymond Stout and Mary Beth Stout.
He is survived by: his children, Roy, Joe Moore and Natasha Bolding; and his siblings, Robert Stout (Cathy), Jennifer Spruell (Milton), Nina Easterling (Gene) and Leila Clement (Bobby). He is also survived by three grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and a wide circle of friends and family.
