He was predeceased by: his parents, Olin Duane Boyd of Dallas, TX and Alice Lillian Boyd of Pelahatchie, MS.. He is survived by: his children, Amy Boyd and Marshal Boyd; his brother Charles Boyd (Kim); and his friend Yvonne Bedenbender (Stephen). He is also survived by 7 grand-children; 1 great grandchild; and a host of extended family.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Griffin F. H. (911 Warren Dr, West Monroe, LA 71291). A memorial service was held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
