She is survived by: her daughters, Beverley Kay Moore and Paula D. Potter (Mike); her grandchildren, Emily Green (Dalton) and Christopher Potter (Denver); her great grandchildren, Charlsie and Charlotte Green; and her caregiver Gladys Eubanks.
