She is survived by: her children, Dan Shirley Jr. (Tommy) of High Lonesome, Wyoming, Paul Shirley (Jodi) of Barnwell and Donna S. Griffith (Bill) of DeRidder, Louisiana; her adoptive son Kelvin "Jay" Garrett of Westlake, Louisiana.; her sister Ruth Harrison of Valdosta, Georgia.; and her grandchildren, April McCoy (Manny), Kattie Pitts (Bobby), Richard Shirley (Carlyn), Cody Shirley, Tori Box (Chris), Sarah Beard, Keiffer Griffith and Dutches Griffith. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
