He was predeceased by: his parents, Inez McMillan Davis and Buddy Nathaniel Davis; his sister Joan Ann Davis Rachal; his brother-in-law Joe Rachal; and his parents-in-law, Tommie Corley Collins and George Collins.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Collins Davis; his children, Michael Brenden Davis of Dubai, Barry Hunter Davis of Houston and Christie Davis Dufrene (Mike Dufrene) of Lake Charles, Louisiana; his grandsons, Matthew Collin Dufrene (Zoe Prejean Dufrene) of Lake Charles and Garrett Michael Dufrene (Claire Thigpen Dufrene) of Moss Bluff; his great grandchildren, Louie Dufrene, Rosie, Poppy Dufrene and Knox Norman Dufrene; and his siblings-in-law, Dorris Lane Collins Loe and Shelby Loe of Tullos, LA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
