He was predeceased by: his father Thomas James Hicks, Sr.; and his brothers, Thomas "T. J." Hicks, Jr. and Charles Mansel Hicks. He is survived by: his mother Alice Hicks; his wife Roxann Hicks; and his son Wilson "Will". He is also survived by nieces, nephews, in-laws, and other extended family.
