He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Billy Bane Smith of Westlake, LA. and Lovyne Duplechain Smith of Westlake, LA.; his children, Tara L. Hill (Scott Hill) of Lancaster, TX and Marshall "Cody" Smith of Lake Charles, LA.; his grandchildren, Kegan B. Smith, Madison C. Smith, Christian J. Cormier, Kellen B. Smith, Payton E. Smith and Levi Smith; his sister Rylla Romero; his niece Tonya Hardesty; his nephew Brandon Hardesty; Marshall C. Smith, Alma Smith, Remi and Ann Duplechain. He was also cherished by numerous great nieces, great nephews, and cousins.
