He is survived by: his children, Paige Ives (Chris), Chris Fontenot (Michele), Gwen Rakoff (Nik), Cheryl Havard (Wayne) and Cliff Moncrief (Mandy); his grandchildren, Matt Ives, Loren Fontenot, Alexa Fontenot, Beau Fontenot, Tyler Havard, Logan Havard, Ethan Rakoff, Garrett Rakoff, Drew Bollich, Olivia Moncrief and Brenna Moncrief; and his sister Dixie Klepzig (Robert). He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
