She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip Hawkins and Betty Lou Cash; her husband Richard "Art" Guthrie; her children, Mike, Pat Guthrie and Chrissy Guthrie Simpson; her grandson David Paul Guthrie; and her sister Gaynell Hawkins Chue.
She is survived by: her children, Cathy Buller (Roland) and Greg Guthrie; her children-in-law, Denise Guthrie and Terry Simpson; her grandchildren, Tara Hill (Bryan), Eric Guthrie (Shelley), Andy Guthrie (Dixie), Candace Buller (John), Jordan Buller, Jarrett Buller (Kayte), Justin Squibb (Cindy), Carlee Simpson (Jose) and Lee Simpson (Makayla); and her sister Gerry Corbello. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
