He is survived by: his sons, Travis Dale Lambert II and Caleb Thomas Lambert; his parents, Gerald Lambert and Wanda Lambert; his siblings, Pammy Worack (Troy), David Lambert (Heather) and Lance Lambert (Kristin); and his great-niece Amber Lantier. He is also survived by 2 nieces; 5 nephews.
