It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chad Michael Trahan Jr. of Westwego, Louisiana, born in Gretna, Louisiana, who passed away on May 27, 2025, at the age of 22, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Carolyn Boudreaux and Howard Hinton; and his aunt Michelle Boudreaux. He is survived by: his parents, Janell Ann Garcia and Chad Michael Trahan; his caregiver Betty Taylor (Aaron); his stepparents, Nicole Trahan and Lenny Guidroz; his siblings, Gavin Guidroz (Bella), Savanna, Chloe and Kye Trahan; his grandparents, Karen (George Anderson Jr.), Philip (Rhonda Garcia), Donald (Linda Trahan), Elaine Melford Doucet and Kary Doucet (Jodie); his godparents, Justin Garcia, Jessica Favaloro and Jessie James; and his uncle Kirk. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Robinson Family Funeral Home (9611 LA-23, Belle Chasse, LA 70037). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. An entombment will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at the Westlawn Memorial Park (1225 Whitney Ave., Terrytown, LA 70056).
