She is survived by: her children, Vernell Collins Sr. (Lisa), Nakia Collins, Deshawnna Collins and Tarrell Collins Sr.; her siblings, Bernadette Williams of Westwego, LA, Kathleen Parnell of Marrero, LA, Janet Sam (Femon) of Laplace, LA, Robert Johnson Jr. (Judy) of Reserve, LA and Marion Jackson of Darrow, LA; and her godchildren, Michael Sly and Nicole Smith. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
