He is survived by: his wife Hanna Wise Roark of Winnfield; his daughters, Harper and Brynlee Roark; his sisters, Rebekah Tyler (Phil) and Shelly Gilcrease; his mother-in-law Donna Johnson Wise; his brother-in-law Larry Daniel Wise, Jr. (Jessie); and his friends, Trent Williams, Ethan Liles, Matt Townsend, Mark Townsend, Brandon Jacobs, Dan Taylor, Brian Griffin and Corey Daniel.
Inlieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Winn Parish Mens Retreat.
