He is survived by: his wife Donna Varnell Tuggle of Winnfield, Louisiana; his children, Hunter Seiley (Evan), Fisher Tuggle, Josh Hattaway (Harley) and Sumer Hattaway; and his siblings, Debbie Sweat (Michael) and Greg Johnson (Rhonda). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
