He was predeceased by: his parents, George F. Coleman and Claudia Sandifer Coleman; his stepmother Beda Anders Coleman; his siblings, Glen Coleman, Jack Coleman and Margie Coleman Bowman; and his son-in-law John M. Parker.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Alice Taylor Coleman; his children, Donna Coleman Parker, Daryl W. Coleman and Derek W. Coleman (Melissa); his siblings, George Coleman and Sylvia Williamson; his grandchildren, Heather Parker Pickett (Jeff), Claudia Parker (Cody Ortego), Joshua Parker (Emily), Dallas Coleman, Zack Coleman, Zoie Coleman, Makayla May (Jeff) and Cade Coleman (Baylee); his great grandchildren, Parker, Madison, Coleman Grantadams, John Luke, Taysom, Connor Womack, Randi Claire, Jack Henry Parker, Elana Jade Coleman, Emmett, Scarlett May and Crue Coleman; his great great grandchild Hayze Rachal; and his siblings' children, Kenneth Coleman, Jackie Coleman, Sharon Bowman, Sandy Bowman, Curtis Bowman, Dalton Lott, Albert Williamson, Peggy Williamson, Caleb Coleman and Candi Coleman Gartner. He is also survived by his sons and son-in-law.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Sunday, July 18th 2027 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Family Church (1806 Maple St, Winnfield, LA 71483). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
