He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Billie Ruth (Scoggins), Dr. W. W. Spillers and Agnes Spillers. He is survived by: his parents, Kathy R. Price (Pat) and Tommy Spillers; his grandfather Billy Ray Peters (Billie Jo); his children, Destiny Spillers, Brent Spillers and Tristen Spillers; and his sisters, Kandi Deese (Jody), Mandi Stevenson and Tobi Spillers. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
