He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Bailey Crouse; his daughters, Denice Holland (Ray), Elizabeth Crouse, Janette Crouse and April Crouse Barton (Bob); and his siblings, Jesse Roach, David Richardson, Leon Richardson, Tamara Gennings, Melody Gilbert and Renee Currey Smith.
