He is survived by: his children, Marshall, John (Lucy), Tracy, Stacey Jones (Alicia) and Elizabeth Freeman; and his siblings, Troy and Edith Norris. He is also survived by his 15 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Southern Funeral Homes (202 E Lafayette St, Winnfield, LA 71483). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Jones Cemetery.
