He was predeceased by: his daughter-in-law Brandy Leake. He is survived by: his wife Ruby Leake; his sons, Michael Leake (Staci) and Kevin Leake; his grandchildren, Mallory Leake, Hannah Leake and Aaron "Tater" Leake; his great grandchildren, Briar, Logan and Josie Leake; his stepgranddaughter Ashley Dodd; and his great grandchildren, Gavin Dodd and Braydon Dodd. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
