He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Nell Blaylock; his parents, Charlie Blaylock and Effie Blaylock; and his siblings, James Eppinette, Walter Eppinette, Jerry Blaylock, Frances Jones, Omega Price and Pauline Steadman.
He is survived by: his children, Craig Blaylock of West Monroe, Brandon Hall of West Monroe, Josh Blaylock of Winnsboro, Jade Hodge of Winnsboro and Trey Sims of Dry Prong; his siblings, Floyd Blaylock of Winnsboro, Dennis Blaylock of West Monroe, Glenda Nichols and Barbara Nichols (Charles); and his mother-in-law Mary Ray. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family.
