He is survived by: his daughter Lee Ann Calvanese (Steve Kracht) of Ozark, MO; his grandchildren, Isabelle of Orlando, FL, Annabelle of Ozark, MO, Mirabelle of Ozark, MO and Jack of Ozark, MO; his half-brother Bill Smith of Decorah, IA; and his close friend Patricia Herrington of Winnsboro.
