He was predeceased by: his brother Paul Duke. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Duke; and his children, Gary Duke, Christopher Duke, Dale Duke, C. J. Lee, Erika Lee White and Amber King McLean. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends.
