He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Forrest Kincaid and Clara Eva Hawthorne Sikes; and his brother Eddie Kincaid. He is survived by: his wife Mary Kincaid; his son Carey Johnson (Lora); his stepchildren, Rodney Earl Cook (Jennifer), Rebecca A. Harris and Linda Gail Mahoney (Richard); and his siblings, James Samuel Kincaid, Debbie Kincaid Parker (Marvin) and Wanda Hill (Ken). He is also survived by grandchildren; great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
