He was predeceased by: his mother Zelma Duncan; and his stepfather Louis Ezernack. He is survived by: his girlfriend Glenda Stephens; his girlfriend's daughter Beth Stephens; his cousin Ann Duncan; and his uncle Carnis Gould. He is also survived by his extended family and many friends.
