She is survived by: her son Jerry Chapin (Julie Richey); her grandchildren, Gerrett Chapin (Brittany), Jacque Chapin and Leslie Fitzwater (Rush); her great grandchildren, Dalton, Penny, Ethen, Ellie, Preston and Olivia; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Brooklin Hamilton and Hunter Smith; and her daughter-in-law Kimberly Chapin.
