He was predeceased by: his siblings, Marion "Pee Wee" Rushing, Ella Joyce Shirley, Jimmy Dale Rushing, Martha LaBorde, Mary Jo Clifford, Robbie Lynn Rushing (Jerri Lane) of Crowville and Elaine Dumas; and his parents-in-law, Floyd and Helen Carroll.
He is survived by: his wife Tammy Rushing of Crowville; his sons, Chris of Crowville and Blake Rushing of Crowville; his grandchildren, Cameron and Sarah Rushing; his siblings, Douglas "Rabbit" Rushing (Shirley) of Crowville and Donna Martin (Wayne) of Crowville; and his siblings-in-law, Ricky Carroll (Terri), John Carroll, David Carroll, Eddie Bo Carroll (Debbie) and Terri Gallagher (Richard). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
