She was predeceased by: her husband Shirley Gene Thomas; and her son Joseph Elmer Thomas. She is survived by: her daughter Lynne McKenzie (Danny) of Winnsboro; her grandchildren, Bryan Alexander McKenzie (Harley) and Sierra Thomas; her great grandchildren, Chrislyn, Gabe and Gunner McKenzie; and her sisters, Yvonne Inglett and Vickie Adams (Robert). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
