He is survived by: his wife Joyce Scobbee; his stepdaughter Teresa Collins; his children, Kyrstle Scobbee, Kitty Scobbee, Kevin Scobbee and Steve David Scobbee, Jr; his siblings-in-law, Linda McAllister (Huey), Linda Redd, Sharon Rhodes (Paul) and George Wallace (Barbara); and his brother Carey McCarta. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
