It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William Mulkey of Winnsboro, Louisiana, who passed away on October 11, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of William Mulkey to show support.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeff Truly and Rachel Brooks Mulkey of Louisiana; his brother Ellis; and his great grandchild Dak Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Spence Mulkey; his children, William Allen Mulkey Jr., Dee Sullivan (Chris) and Phillip Mulkey (Jessica); and his grandchildren, Christopher Sullivan (Kelsey), Ryan Sullivan (Lexi), Kyle Sullivan (Kendall), Michael Sullivan (Riley), Matthew Mulkey, MaryBeth Sullivan Johnson (Reid), Samantha Mulkey, Avery Mulkey and Madison Sullivan.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Temple Baptist Church (289 Taylor St., Winnsboro, LA 71295). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

Donations in his memory may be made to the Louisiana Baptist Children's Home.
