He is survived by: his wife Heather Dungan King; his mother-in-law Nita Boothe Floyd (Don); his aunt Vicki Boothe; his sister-in-law Shana Sutherlin; his nibling Remington; his brother-in-law Todd Dungan (Martha); his cousins, Anna King Tibbet (Shawn) and Wesly King; and his grandchildren, Jody Miller, Hee Haw and Roy Clark. He is also survived by numerous cousins, and close friends.
